By accessing or using Hareer (“App”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its functionality, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or abusive behavior.
4. Bookings, Orders & Payments
- Salons and vendors are responsible for the services and products they provide.
- Payments made through QI Card are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card information.
- Cancellations, refunds, and service quality are the responsibility of the respective business.
5. Content & Reviews
You may post reviews or content as long as it is truthful, respectful, and does not violate any laws. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may include links or integrations with external services such as payment processors or delivery companies. We are not responsible for their policies or actions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hareer is a platform connecting users with salons and vendors. We are not liable for service quality, product issues, delays, cancellations, or damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for security reasons.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
